Meet Sean Higgs, The Hottest Handicapper on the Planet Right Now!
Posted 3 years ago | Capper Reviews Report, Service Plays Reviews | 5 comments
Here at Capper Reviews we have written articles about the handicapper of the decade Kyle Hunter, the greatest NFL handicapper of all time Steve Fezzik, and NBA Playoff betting guru Jesse Schule.
We don’t just do puff pieces though, we’ve also exposed the likes of Stu Feiner, who we called the most notorious scammer in sports handicapping, We have been critical of the likes of Darin Notaro who goes by the alias Steve Stevens, and of course Vegas Dave who we called the Dan Bilzerian of sports betting.
Today we would like to introduce you to the hottest handicapper on the planet right now, and that’s Sean Higgs. While he may not be the most famous personality in the professional handicapping business, he’s been around the block and he’s paid his dues.
You may be familiar with the work he does with PicksandParlays, as well as hosting the popular Midday Money show on Youtube. Sean isn’t what you would call a hype man, he doesn’t dress in designer clothes, or post pictures of super cars on Instagram. You won’t see him posing for pictures with blondes in bikinis, and he doesn’t make outrageous claims that can’t be verified.
He’s a regular guy from Jersey, that honed his craft as a sports bettor while working in an Italian restaurant as a kid. While he doesn’t talk a lot about his past, his life story sounds like something out of a Martin Scorsese movie.
You might find Sean wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt, drinking a diet coke and eating wings at the Circa sportsbook, blending in with all the other bettors. He’s a meat and potatoes guy, a straight shooter, and a firm believer that actions speak louder than words. He lets his results speak for themselves, and the results sure are impressive.
He was 10-3 in Week 1 of the 2022 NFL regular season and he swept the board going 5-0 in the Circa Millions Contest. This came as no surprise to those who know Sean. He’s on our all time NFL pre-season leaderboards, and finished as one of the top handicappers in this year’s pre-season. How did he do with NFL last year you might ask? He put in another solid Top 10 finish!
Aside from his honest and humble demeanor, another thing that separates Sean from other handicappers is the high volume of games he offers to his clients. While your average bettor might look to bet on 2-3 game per day, Sean isn’t afraid to bet on 10-20 games if he sees an edge that he feels he can exploit. This approach certainly isn’t for everyone, but using a contrarian style focusing on line value, and avoiding laying chalk with heavy favorites, Sean has established himself as a proven winner long term.
If you’re looking for the hottest handicapper to follow this football season, you’ve found him.

Pat you are more than welcome to have your own opinion. We would like to point out that Sean is currently #1 overall the last 30 days on our leaderboards page, so the timing for you critique is a bit interesting.
The hottest handicapper on the planet you say with no numbers mentioned other than that he was “10-3 in Week 1 of the 2022 NFL regular season” and he lost for the year. When was the last time Sean Higgs had a winning year? I’m waiting.
I am a big fan of Sean, Midday Money and the Winners Circle Podcast. Watching Sean with Ross and Jesse is a real treat. The best podcast on Youtube IMO.
@Stephen Brooks you suck! You’re an idiot. I DGAF if a guy loses two pre-season games if he is gonna make 50 freaking dimes in the regular season sign me up!
Shane sucks at NFL betting, he gave out not 1 but 2 losers in pre-season last week. He really does just suck.
