Who is the best NFL handicapper in the world?
With Super Bowl LVI fast approaching, the question many sports bettors are asking is “who is the best NFL handicapper in the world”?
Some will say that two time Hilton Super Contest winner Steve Fezzik is the greatest NFL handicapper of all time, but the numbers say otherwise. While Fezzik has established himself as a legendary tournament player, by his own admission he isn’t nearly as sharp when it comes to day to day NFL handicapping.
The Internet is full of professional touts claiming to be the “World’s Best”, “#1 of All Time”, or various other superlatives that in most cases can’t be proven, and are not supported by any documented records.
Here at Capperreviews we are only interested in the cold hard facts. We have taken a look at the numbers, and over the last calendar year nobody has won at a higher percentage than Rocky “Rocketman” Atkinson.

Quality over Quantity
Rocky has a philosophy of quality over quantity, and his selective approach has paid dividends to the tune of a 68% win rate and a 30% return on investment in 2021. While that answers the question: “what have you done for me lately?”, he’s a seasoned veteran with dozens of Top 5 finishes with major pro sports over the last decade.
We could make a case for a number of handicappers on our site, but the numbers say that nobody was more dialed in on the gridiron than Rocky Atkinson in 2021. If you’re looking for help with your NFL bets, you will be in good hands with The Rocketman.

The Citrus Bowl will feature the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Tennessee Volunteers in Orlando on New Years Day. This certainly isn't the most highly anticipated matchup of the day. It has been said that watching Iowa's offense is right up there with watching paint dry.

While there was plenty of controversy about the four teams selected for the College Football Playoffs, nobody can dispute that these two teams deserve to be here. Washington upset the Oregon Ducks as a double digit underdog in the PAC12 Championship Game to finish the season with a perfect 13-0…

Dabo Swinney's team is looking to return to the College Football Playoffs in 2023. Last year's 11-3 campaign ended with a loss to Tennessee in the Orange Bowl. Cade Klubnik threw for 320 yards, no touchdowns and a pair on interceptions on 30-of-54 passing in the loss.

The Hoosiers will open the season as a home underdog, and the bookmakers are giving them a four touchdown spread against Ohio State. The Buckeyes won 56-14 at home versus Indiana last year, covering the spread of -39.5. The Hoosiers have just two wins in the BIG10 the last two…

Boise State comes in as defending Mountain West Champions, going undefeated in conference play and winning 10 games overall last year. They didn't play any ranked teams last season, but they did play a team from the PAC12. They lost 34-17 to Oregon State in Week 1 of the 2022…
