Michael Wacha (5-7, 3.66 ERA) vs. Casey Mize (4-6, 2.79 ERA) .

Both of these two starters will come in and go out of this game with a losing record. But, those record both don't really show how good that either of these teams have been. Michael Wacha was an AL All-Star this season and pitched during the game. In his start since, he allowed only a single run in 6.0 strong innings.

Looking at the Tigers, they will send Casey Mize to the mound. He's been phenomenal throughout this season and has been even better here in home games. I expect both of these two starters to perform considering that each of these teams are not hitting the ball very well this year. Give me the "under."

Burns' Prediction: 4-2 Tigers.

Hunter Brown (1-1, 4.05 ERA) vs. Sean Burke (7-4, 3.20 ERA) .

Flying a bit under the radar, Houston's actually playing solid this season. Starting on Saturday will be Hunter Brown who's not having his best month. I do believe that he's much better than his recent results though. He still owns a 3.60 ERA in road games this year which isn't terrible. In four starts in his career against the White Sox, Brown owns a perfect 4-0 record with a 2.92 ERA in those games.

On the other hand, Sean Burke's 3.77 ERA at home might not seem too bad. But, it's much worse than his away splits. He's got a losing record here at home as well this season. While they have been solid throughout the campaign I still am not the biggest fan of the White Sox either this season. Give me the Astros at plus money on Saturday.

Burns' Prediction: 7-2 Astros.

Both of these teams played on Wednesday and both drew against their opponents. Atlanta did score two goals in that game and with Miguel Almiron in form at the moment, I believe that it will be able to score once again here on the road. Atlanta also managed to score against NE when these teams met back in April of 2026.

New England is the better of the two teams and should get the win on Saturday. However, I do think that it won't have the best success at keeping the clean sheet. The Revolution have scored 22 goals this season but have also given up 18. Expect both teams to get on the board and for NE to send this game "over" the number on Saturday evening.

Burns' Prediction: 3-1 New England.
