This is a 4% AL EAST GOW on the Yankees.
After dropping the first three games of this divisional series, I like the Yanks to find a way to get the job done in the finale.
Toronto has won four straight divisional matchups now after also winning its finale against the Red Sox previously, but regardless, I think this one favors Clarke Schmidt and the revenge-minded visiting side.
New York is 4-1 in its last five looking back when trying to avenge three or more straight losses against an opponent.
Lay the price, the play is on NEW YORK.
Good luck, NP
This is a 4% TOP TOTAL on the UNDER Sparks/Liberty.
The Liberty are 11-5 and still No. 1 in the East, but after back-to-back road losses in which they conceded 196 combined points, I expect the home side to double down defensively here.
LA is just 5-12 after a 92-85 home loss to Chicago. With another difficult game at Indiana after this, the visitors will have to be careful to not get caught looking ahead.
Expect a slower-pace to result in a lower-combined outcome. The play is on the UNDER.
Good luck, NP
This is a 5% WESTERN CONFERENCE GAME OF THE WEEK on the Calgary Stampeders.
Winnipeg is 3-0 after a 36-23 win over Edmonton last week, while Calgary is 2-1 and looking to bounce back from a 20-12 loss to Ottawa.
That was in Week 3, though, and with a whole week off to prepare for this one, I like the Stampeders to, at the very least, keep this one competitive until the final moment.
The Bombers were tied with the Elks 23-23 entering the fourth quarter, but then Winnipeg managed to pull away and score 13 unanswered.
Winnipeg has been good on both sides of the ball, allowing a combined 57 points over its first three games.
Calgary's Vernon Adams Jr. had a putrid game in the loss to the Redblacks, finishing 17 of 32 for 218 yards, no touchdowns, and an interception.
But his offensive line looked great over the first two games, beating Hamilton 38-26, before the 29-19 road victory at Toronto.
It's hard to imagine the Blue Bombers "looking past" the Stamps, but with their bye week next week, there's a very real possibility of that happening, in my opinion. As a primarily situational capper, scheduling plays a big part in my process.
In a contest that I see being decided by whichever team has its hands on the ball last, I'm grabbing the points.
The play is on CALGARY.
Good luck, NP
Veteran handicapper Nick Parsons has been involved in the industry both as one of the World's leading sports prognosticating experts (in every major sport over the course of the last 20 years!), and he's also worked behind the scenes with some of the biggest companies and players in the market as well.
A "contrarian" at heart, Nick has always felt that being flexible with your approach when it comes to handicapping is the best way to secure profits over the short, mid, and long term. Parsons doesn't limit himself to any sort of bet, or style of wagering. If he sees value in a pick, whether it's an underdog or a favorite, then he plays it. His succinct and no "B.S." approach, while also always being fully accountable, is what his growing list of satisfied clients has grown to appreciate the most.
Parsons plays all the major North American sports. He's also big into Soccer. He's also dabbled in NASCAR, MMA, Boxing, and E-Sports. As mentioned above, the bottom line is that he's all about finding value wherever he can.
Nick's been in the trenches fighting the books every single day for the last 20 years. He's never once pretended that any part of this industry is "easy." It's not. But you can put his invaluable experience to work for you, as 2023 and 2024 have massive potential for this industry icon!
